The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page 9, section 14, beginning on line 195, after the word “section” and the period, by striking the entire sentence reading:

 “The list may be in the form of a computerized database that may be accessed by state agencies and the public over the Internet.“

and inserting in lieu thereof a new sentence to read as follows:

“The list may shall be in the form of a computerized database that may shall be accessed accessible by state agencies and the public over the Internet, unless public disclosure would violate federal law or regulations.”
